1. Product Authenticity & Condition

  • All our shoes are 100% Authentic and imported.

  • We only sell pre-loved (pre-used) sneakers, which means they may have minor signs of usage.

  • Some shoes may have undergone minor repairs or restorations to maintain their quality and durability.

  • While we ensure that all pictures are real-time clicked, there may be slight color variations between the pictures and the actual product due to lighting, screen resolution, or camera effects.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website or social media platforms.

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

  • Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect address details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • The delivery charges will be paid by the customer and will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp or email and send the shoes back to the following address:
    B-212, Block J, North Nazimabad, Karachi.

  • The return package must include a note stating the reason for return.

  • Courier charges for returns will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product sent or major difference from the pictures).

  • Exchanges are currently not available; if you need a different pair, you will have to return your order and place a new one.

5. Order Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers can inspect the shoes before making the payment.

  • If the courier service does not allow you to check the product before payment, you can contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
