All our shoes are 100% Authentic and imported.

We only sell pre-loved (pre-used) sneakers, which means they may have minor signs of usage.

Some shoes may have undergone minor repairs or restorations to maintain their quality and durability.

While we ensure that all pictures are real-time clicked, there may be slight color variations between the pictures and the actual product due to lighting, screen resolution, or camera effects.
2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our website or social media platforms.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect address details.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

The delivery charges will be paid by the customer and will be mentioned at checkout.

To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp or email and send the shoes back to the following address:

The return package must include a note stating the reason for return.

Courier charges for returns will be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product sent or major difference from the pictures).

Exchanges are currently not available; if you need a different pair, you will have to return your order and place a new one.
